Family demands answers after British spy's mysterious death
Global online B2B marketplace : http://www.bytrade.com
The family of a British codebreaker whose naked and decomposing body was found inside a padlocked sports bag believes the country's intelligence agencies may have interfered with evidence that could explain the spy's puzzling death, their lawyer said Friday.
Lawyer Anthony O'Toole told a hearing that relatives of Gareth Williams, who was discovered inside the bag in the bathtub of his central London home in August 2010, do not accept a claim by British authorities that his death was unconnected to his work.
The 31-year-old cryptology expert worked for Britain's secret eavesdropping service GCHQ and was attached to the country's MI6 overseas spy agency at the time of his death.
O'Toole said his family believe an "unknown third party" may have tampered with the scene where Williams was found, or interfered with other evidence that could help explain how he died.
"The impression of the family is that the unknown third party was a member of some agency specializing in the dark arts of the secret services, or evidence has been removed post-mortem by experts in the dark arts," he told a hearing being held to prepare for a full inquest scheduled next month.
He said that the family believe there must be a connection between the cipher expert's death and his occupation.
"In our submission, to properly explore the circumstances of the death, we need to establish the deceased's work," O'Toole told the hearing.
In Britain, inquests must be held when someone dies unexpectedly, violently or from unknown causes. However, the coroner's task is to determine the cause of death, rather than to identify any suspect.
Police have made no arrests in the case and are still not certain how exactly Williams died. Toxicology tests confirmed there were no traces of known drugs or poisons in his system.
Coroner Fiona Wilcox told the hearing that one of the few lines of inquiry in the case, an attempt to trace a Mediterranean couple seen at the apartment block where Williams lived in the months before his death, had proven to be irrelevant.
Detective Chief Inspector Jackie Sebire, who has led the police investigation, also told the hearing that DNA evidence officers believed they had recovered inside the spy's home turned out to be from a scientist sent to the scene.
Wilcox said that a full inquest hearing would likely require a live recreation of how Williams could possibly have climbed inside the sports bag and locked it from the inside. The issue of whether or not Williams was alive inside the bag and locked it himself "was at the very heart of this inquiry," she said.
Police lawyer Vincent Williams said that experts agree that locking the bag from the inside "would have been very difficult, if not impossible," raising questions over whether a

Why you must see 'October Baby'
Global online B2B marketplace : http://www.bytrade.com
By Penny Young Nance
Hollywood critics are still scratching their heads in response to the incredible success of the new film "October Baby." For a movie that New York Times film critic Jeannette Catsoulis said was “ugliness at its core,” it did beautifully well at the box office.
"October Baby" grossed $1.7 million its opening weekend. And despite appearing in fewer than 400 theaters, it finished as the No. 8 movie, the No. 1 limited release film, and had the third-highest per-screen average.
You may be wondering what the film is about. Here's part of the synopsis that appears on the "October Baby" website:
As the curtain rises, Hannah hesitantly steps onto the stage for her theatrical debut in college. Yet before she can utter her first lines, Hannah -- unscripted -- collapses in front of the stunned audience.
After countless medical tests, all signs point to one underlying factor: Hannah's difficult birth. This revelation is nothing compared to what she then learns from her parents: she was actually adopted ... after a failed abortion attempt.
Bewildered, angered, and confused, Hannah turns for support to Jason, her oldest friend. Encouraged by his adventurous spirit, Hannah joins his group of friends on a Spring Break road trip, embarking on a journey to discover her hidden past ...
How did this film do so well at the box office, with so little fanfare, you ask? Let me give you four reasons:
1. It is beautifully done. Quality and content come together with professional actors, a meaningful storyline, and realistic character development. And the soundtrack? Just be prepared to have your phone ready; Shazam will be your best friend for the next hour and a half.
2. You can take anyone and everyone with you. Think about the last time you sat together with friends or family and didn’t feel the need to apologize, fast forward, or nervously laugh off an awkward scene.
As a mom, I struggle to find wholesome entertainment suitable for my whole family. Enough dramatic intrigue for my teenage daughter, enough humor for my eleven-year-old son, and enough, well, plot for my husband.
I’m sure other families have the same problem; we’re starved for entertainment that we can enjoy together. Heaven knows I didn’t want to see "The Lorax" (again!). But the chance to sit together without dreading the gratuitous sex scene or curse word is rare.
"October Baby" refreshingly brought my family together and kept us together the whole time. The only exception might be a child not old enough to handle the heavy subject matter that includes abortion and adoption.
3. It’s the perfect date movie. Gentleman, don't harbor any illusions, "Project X" is not the perfect date movie. Heed my advice and take her to see "October Baby."
The on-screen romance will score you points, and the Zack Galafianakis-like comic relief of Chris Sligh will remind you of all the buddies you left at home on the couch for this date night out.
As one of my Concerned Men for America courageously suggested, “Go see 'October Baby.' If you’re married, take your wife. If you’re dating, take your girlfriend. Laugh when it’s time to laugh, and when it’s time to cry, don’t fight it. And if you have to, just remember that it’s allergy season. You can blame your red, puffy eyes on that.”
3. It provides thoughtful common-ground discussion on a hot-topic issue. "October Baby" accurately and compassionately portrays both sides of why the country is divided on social issues. "October Baby" portrays both sides as — gasp! — human.
And it gives the viewer the chance to think on their own two feet.
Imagine that! A film that provokes us to think for ourselves. This is something that the political debates tend to not do. Instead of polarizing the viewers, a pro-abortion viewer will see someone who is pro-life thinking through their logic, and a pro-lifer gets the chance to see the same on the other side.
I truly believe compassionate seeds will be planted here to see life as what it is: precious. The producers of "October Baby" have even assigned 10 percent of the profits of the movie to the Every Life is Beautiful Fund, which will distribute funds to frontline organizations helping women facing crisis pregnancies, life-affirming adoption agencies, and those caring for orphans.
Now, I ask you, what other movie in theaters right now is actually going to help people?
4. It is a “game changer.” You vote with your pocketbook, folks. Let’s not complain as moms and women that “there’s nothing good on TV.” If this movie does really well at the box office, you can be sure Hollywood will notice.
Hollywood needs to be reminded that there is a large market for wholesome films that help people. Conservative families will purchase, if Hollywood produces.
American families are craving alternatives to Hollywood’s films. October Baby is an unconventional portrayal of reality, forgiveness, love, and life. In fact, I think it should be called "Hallelujah, Baby."
Finally, we have a movie we can all get behind.
Double HIV infection could be foundation for HIV vaccine
Global online B2B marketplace : http://www.bytrade.com
By Loren Grush
Ever since HIV was first discovered, the search has been on to find a vaccine that could save the lives of those living with the virus. Now experts may be one step closer to making that vaccine a reality.
New research has revealed that women who have been infected with two different strains of HIV have more effective antibody responses than those who have only been infected once. The double infection response was even found to stop replication of the virus.
The condition is known as “HIV Superinfection,” occurring when a person receives two strains of HIV from two different sexual partners – and now it could be the key to fighting the disease in the future.
“These results suggest that potentially having two different antigens is a better way to stimulate a good immune response than just one,” said Julie Overbaugh, a member of the Hutchinson Center’s Human Biology Division and lead author on the study. “So now the question is: What should be in a good vaccine? These women may be giving us clues.”
The researchers studied a group of women living with HIV in Mombasa, Kenya, over five years. They followed the immune activity of 12 superinfected women and compared their results to a group of 36 singly infected. They also controlled for risk factors that could have affected the results.
On average, the superinfected women had 1.68 times more neutralizing antibodies than the singly infected women – and their ability to neutralize the virus from spreading was 1.46 times higher.
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, more than 1.1 million Americans currently live with HIV, and a new person gets infected with the virus every 9.5 minutes. With so many people afflicted, Overbaugh and her team are eager to get back into the lab to determine the science behind their findings.
“Now we really want to know why they had a better immune response,” Overbaugh said. “When you’re studying naturally infected populations, you can’t really demonstrate cause and effect. What we try to do is try to understand how this kind of response might have been generated. So we need to isolate [and study] the antibodies that these individuals generated.”
While they still have yet to determine the reasoning behind their findings, Overbaugh has a few theories that could possibly explain the study’s results.
“One possibility is that there was an OK response to the first virus, but the second virus ratcheted up that particular response,” Overbaugh said. “The other possibility is that there’s a different response to each virus and they just add up to make a nice combination response.”
The prospect of developing a vaccine could give hope to the many people living with HIV – as a vaccine has often been considered the best approach to treating the disease. The vaccine would potentially be constructed similar to the flu vaccine - in which multiple strains of influenza are injected into the body to stimulate the most effective immune response. Only in this case, it would be multiple strains of HIV.
However, even in light of this research, the development of an effective vaccine may still be somewhat far off.
“It’s a long way until you see [these findings] in a vaccine, but it can stimulate an effort to understand the model we should be using,”

Bin Laden lived 9 years undetected in Pakistan, fathered 4 children, wife says
Global online B2B marketplace : http://www.bytrade.com
Former Al Qaeda leader Usama bin Laden entered Pakistan across the Afghan border during the early months of U.S. attacks on Afghanistan, then spent nine years on the run in Pakistan living in several safe houses and fathering four children.
Testimony from bin Laden's youngest wife -- the 29-year-old Yemenite Amal Ahmed Abdulfattah -- before a joint investigation team in Pakistan reveals the Al Qaeda kingpin fled over the border into Pakistan early in 2002, just after the U.S. launched attacks on Tora Bora in eastern Afghanistan.
In the testimony -- first cited Thursday by the Pakistani newspaper Dawn -- Abdulfattah told investigators that she married bin Laden in 2000 because she wanted to marry a mujahid, or holy warrior.
Her account of bin Laden's movements in the nine years leading up to his death in May 2011 raises further questions about what exactly Pakistani authorities knew.
It also threatens to further strain relations between Pakistan and the U.S., just days after U.S. military commanders held high-level meetings with their Pakistani counterparts in an attempt to repair ruptured relations between the two nations.
Abdulfattah said the family separated and fled from its base in Kandahar following the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks. She traveled to Karachi, and was eventually reunited with bin Laden in Peshawar in 2002.
During her testimony, Adbdulfattah said the family's movements and accommodation in Pakistan were organized by "some Pakistani families" and Saad, one of bin Laden's sons.
After the family was reunited in Peshawar they traveled to the Swat Valley, close to the Afghan-Pakistani border, where they lived for eight or nine months.
After that the family moved to Haripur for two years, and later to Abbottabad. They stayed in Abbottabad for almost six years, until U.S. Navy SEALS raided bin Laden's home there in May 2011.
Abdulfattah was shot in the leg during the successful unilateral U.S. operation, but survived. Bin Laden's son Khalil, 20, was among four people killed in the raid.
Abdulfattah gave birth to four children by bin Laden while in Pakistan -- two in a government hospital in Haripur and two further children in Abbottabad.
She is now being held by Pakistani authorities in a house in Islamabad alongside two of bin Laden's other wives.
The widows, and two of bin Laden's daughters -- Maryam, 21, and Sumaya, 20 -- are expected to be charged Monday with breaking Pakistan's immigration laws. The offense carries a possible five-year jail sentence.
An editorial published in the Dawn newspaper Friday said Abdulfattah's testimony should force Pakistan to "take a long, hard look at its record against terrorism."
"For nine years the world's most wanted terrorist survived in the country after fleeing the U.S. attack on Tora Bora [in December, 2001]," it said.
"What is clear is that the judicial commission looking into his presence and the raid in Abbottabad can no longer limit its probe to those topics. In light of this investigation report, the commission now needs to expand its focus to encompass bin Laden's presence in the country since 2002," it added.
How to make money on bytrade effectively
Bytrade-it is the professional factory buy sell B2B trade marketplace with the best public praise all over the world,It gather with most powerful and competitive manufacturers and enterprises. At present ,it is one of the most professional buy sell trade marketplace
1 . If you have never sold anything on bytrade , you will have to register. It is easy , just go onto bytrade & hit the join free button & follow the prompts that come up on the screen.
Both are free to register.
If your already selling on bytrade & want to increase you sales here are a few things that I have found that help my sales.
Just to let you know that bytrade can be a strange place when it come to why or why not something sold OR why someone's item sold for BIG BUCKS & your exact same item didn't get any bids. Remember you are dealing with PEOPLE here & people don't always make smart or rational desisions. I have found that there is sometimes no reason why an item sold or didn't sell. You can spend hours trying to figure it out , I did & I can tell you don't waist your time trying to figure it out, because it is a waist of time.
2
#1 PHOTOS
A)The better your photos are the more people will fell comfortable enough to bid on your item.
B) Put more than one photo in the auction . I alway put 5 or 6 photo from different angles. So the buyer can see the condition & see any defects in the item if there are any.
C) ALWAY use the GALLERY feature so a small photo shows up when buyers do a general search. If there are a lot of similar items on bytrade & there is no gallery photo , most people will not even click on your item. If they don't look then they can't buy your item.
3
DESCRIPTION
A) Keep you description as simple as you can , Give all the details & condition of the item, but don't make it to long.
B)Break you description up. Don't make it one long paragraph , details & condition of the item can be hard to fine in a long wordy description
C) Highlight or underline the important details of your item. If buyers have to search for size , condition or any detail about the item, they are more likely to just move on to the next item.
4
* TITLE
* A) Only use word / KEYWORDS that might be use in a SEARCH. You only have 55 characters / letter to get your item to come up in a search, it may sound like a lot but I run out of room all the time in the title of my auctions.
* B) Don't use words like LOOK L@@K WOW SALE AWSOME in the title, Buyers don't type those words in when they do a bytrade search.
* C) You title doesn't have to be gramaticlly correct. It should make a little sence but try to only use keywords , like brand names , size , color , year it was made ect.
5
PRICE
A) If it's an acuction. Start the bidding price LOW. The lower you start the bid at the cheaper the listinmg fee will be. Use a reserve if you want to get a minimum price for your item but don't set it to high, An item is only going to sell for what it sell for , No matter what you think it is worth, Forget appraised price or book value. Those are for insurance reasons & have nothing to do with what someone is willing to pay for it on bytrade.
B)RESERVES , I hate reserves on an auction , but some people use them a lot , I feel if I haven't hit the reserve price after a few bids I move on to another item ( But that's jus me)
C)BUY IT NOW , If you are selling an item and there are a lot of simalar items already listed , Go with a BUY IT NOW , Research what the lowest BUY IT NOW price is & under cut it a little.
Using BUY IT NOW with a low pric e is the fastest way to sell an item.
D) REASERCH. Do your research on current & completed auction on bytrade. If items like yours aren't selling DON"T LIST IT , it is a waste of money.
Selling on Bytrade to Become a Millionaire
1
Research the products you want to sell to see what they sell for. Take the items that you want to start selling on bytrade and check out your competition. Make sure you price your item competitively.
2
Buy items at wholesale or in bulk to save money. This will save on your cost so that more of the selling price is profit. Research items that are popular and find the best deal on those items to maximize your sales and profits.
3
Become a PowerSeller if you sell at least $3,000 in merchandise a month. You will attract more customers if you are a PowerSeller because they know that you are in business for real and are most likely not a scammer. You need to build your reputation in the bytrade community so that you can make your millions.
4
Sell high-end electronics and high-demand items. People will pay almost anything for high-demand items, so if you can get your hands on them, resell them. You do not really even have to price the item that high; customers fighting over your auction will usually raise the price of your item greatly.
5
Offer excellent customer service. You cannot be successful on bytrade if you do not give great customer service. Respond to emails in a timely manner, especially if the auction will be ending soon. People will not bid on your items if you do not answer their questions before the auction ends. Another idea of giving customer service is to send invoices with a little thank-you note with all orders.

Bytrade.com is a kick-ass B2B web portal that makes it easy for millions of buyers and suppliers around the world to do business online — including small businesses and startup entrepreneurs.
Since I first selected Bytrade.com two years ago to my inaugural list of the “100 Best Resources for Small Business,” the site has exploded in both its capabilities and popularity. The company went public to considerable fanfare overseas. But in the U.S., Bytrade has remained largely unknown.
That may soon change, as Bytrade just hired two U.S.-based agencies with advertising and digital branding specialties to launch a major push to reach U.S. small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Candy Lu, who heads Bytrade U.S., hopes that Traction, an ad agency based in San Francisco, and Mediasmith, a digital media specialist, can divine the right strategy for reaching and talking to the subset of small business owners in the U.S. with an eye toward global trade. Says Sang, ”We are growing rapidly and want to make more businesses and entrepreneurs aware of our ability to help them succeed in global trade.”
Most small business owners already know that the world has changed, and that seeking the best opportunities to sell or save money for your business these days means looking beyond U.S. borders. Bytrade.com is the perfect ticket to do just that. The site won’t win any beauty contests, but when it comes to finding and pursuing global trade opportunities, it can’t be beat.

Victim of horrific rape Oksana Makar dies in Ukraine
Global B2B buy sell marketplace: http://www.bytrade.com
An 18-year-old Ukranian woman died Thursday, two weeks after her grisly rape set off protests across the country against corruption and favoritism toward the wealthy.
Prosecutors said Oksana Makar was raped by three young men on March 9 in the southern city of Mykolaiv. The men then tried to cover up their crime by strangling her, dumping her naked body at an abandoned construction site and setting her on fire.
Makar miraculously survived and battled for her life for more than two weeks. She suffered burns over more than half of her body and severe damage to her lungs, and her right arm was amputated to stop the gangrene.
Health officials in the eastern city of Donetsk, where she was being treated, said she died Thursday after succumbing to her injuries.
Before her death, her mother Tatyana Surovitska was reportedly able to record a short video of her daughter. In the video, Makar said she wants her rapists to be castrated and imprisoned, according to Ukrainian paper Kyiv Post.
The crime outraged Ukrainians with its cruelty. It also galvanized a society frustrated with official corruption after police released two of the suspects who had powerful connections in the region. Their release led to nationwide protests, which prompted the authorities to re-arrest the two suspects.
Interior Ministry Volodymyr Polishchuk said Thursday that after Makar's death all three suspects were charged with murder in addition to rape.
The suspects are said to be related to influential local ex-officials, according to Kyiv Post

Too much sitting linked to shortened lives
Global B2B buy sell marketplace: http://www.bytrade.com
Australians who spent a lot of time sitting at a desk or in front of a TV were more likely to die of any cause during a three-year period than those who were only sedentary a few hours a day, according to a new study.
Researchers found that the link between too much time sitting and shortened lives stuck when they accounted for how much moderate or vigorous exercise people got as well as their weight and other measures of health.
That suggests shifting some time from sitting to light physical activity -- such as slow walking and active chores -- might have important long-term benefits, researchers said.
"When we give people messages about how much physical activity they should be doing, we also need to talk to them about reducing the amount of hours they spend sitting each day," Hidde van der Ploeg, the new study's lead author from the University of Sydney, told Reuters Health in an email.
Of more than 200,000 adults age 45 and older, van der Ploeg and her colleagues found that people who reported sitting for at least 11 hours a day were 40 percent more likely to die during the study than those who sat less than four hours daily.
That doesn't prove sitting, itself, cuts people's lives short, she pointed out.
Although the researchers also asked participants about a variety of lifestyle habits, there could be other unmeasured differences between people who spend a lot or a little time sitting each day.
Still, the findings are consistent with other recent studies suggesting health consequences from too much sitting, said Mark Tremblay, an obesity and activity researcher at Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa.
"Sitting or reclining, especially in front of screens, is bad for you regardless of your age," said Tremblay, who wasn't involved in the new research.
People tend to think they're okay as long as they get their "dose" of working out each day, he told Reuters Health.
But, "Getting your 30 minutes of physical activity five times a week is not insurance against chronic disease," Tremblay added.
Instead, time spent doing moderate or vigorous exercise and time being totally sedentary may each affect long-term disease risks separately, he said.
Effects on cholesterol?
For the new study, van der Ploeg and her colleagues surveyed about 220,000 people from New South Wales, Australia between 2006 and 2008. The surveys included questions about participants' general health and any medical conditions they had, whether they smoked and how much time they spent both exercising and sitting each day.
Then the research team tracked responders using Australian mortality records for an average of almost three years, during which 5,400 -- between two and three percent --died.
They found that the extra risk tied to sitting held up regardless of whether people were normal weight or overweight, how much time they spent working out and whether they were healthy or had pre-existing medical conditions, van der Ploeg's team reported this week in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
She said too much sitting may affect blood vessels and metabolism by increasing fats in the blood and lowering "good" cholesterol levels.
"When you are standing or walking your leg muscles are constantly working, which helps to clear blood glucose and blood fats from the blood stream," she said. "If you are sitting this is not happening because the muscles are not active."
Even for people who have jobs that involve a lot of desk work, there are ways to train yourself to regularly interrupt sedentary behavior, Tremblay said.
"Makes sure the fax machine is four steps away from you, not within reaching distance," he advised. "Drink enough water that you have to pee four times a day. Stand up, stretch, walk around a little bit, say hi to your friend in the cubicle next door."
"Try standing up while on the phone or have a stand up meeting," van der Ploeg suggested.
When it comes to life outside of work, "You don't have to stand or walk for 100 percent of your leisure time of course, as sitting is very comfortable," she said. "But try to find a healthy balance between sitting, standing and walking or other physical activities."
What a doctor knows about ObamaCare
Global online B2B marketplace : http://www.bytrade.com
By Dr. Marc Siegel
At the heart of the multi-headed abominable creature known as Affordable Care Act aka ObamaCare, there resides a singular deceit. It is too easy for lawyers and even U.S. Supreme Court Justices to miss this deceit in the process of arguing abstractions, but I and other doctors experience this reality every day our offices:
Insurance does not equal care. One patient’s needs can get in the way of another’s needs. My waiting room is like so many others in America, and when it is clogged with several patients with low-paying highly-regulated insurance, the waiting time goes up and the access to quality medical care goes down.
With all due respect to Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, though it is true that everyone will get sick and need health care eventually, it is not true that health insurance automatically provides you with that care.
I can tell you as a practicing physician that the regulations and restrictions and red tape of health insurance (all increasing under ObamaCare) hamstring my office staff and interfere with my ability to take care of you.
What does provide an uninsured patient access to health care are laws that mandate that a hospital emergency room can’t turn you away when you are sick.
A false premise of ObamaCare is that mandating insurance for all somehow enables the ERs take care of all comers. In fact, studies show that Medicaid patients are much more likely to use the ER unnecessarily than are the uninsured. This clogs the ER and interferes with life-saving treatments for other patients.
Plus, the states, overburdened with administering the Medicaid expansion, will inevitably cut reimbursements to the hospitals, lowering the bottom line payments a hospital receives even as its volume increases.
Though politicians may even have the best of intentions when they compel you -- in defiance of the Constitution, in my opinion -- to purchase a product known as health insurance, in fact they are not even achieving their stated goal of providing for the public good, since this insurance doesn't equal care.
There wouldn’t even be a case before the Supreme Court if Congress and the president had stayed within their roles and expanded the National Health Services Corp and federal clinics expressly designed to care for the underserved. If there is a public health care need then let's get our government to provide for it directly.
In my office, and doctors’ offices across the country, the response to ObamaCare has changed.
Two years ago, when the law was passed, there was a pocket of patients who worked part time, had no health insurance, and looked forward to the day when they would be covered. But that early group of optimists has given way to a much larger group who worry that they will lose the employer-provided coverage they now have, and end up being forced to the state exchanges where they will be compelled to purchase (if the mandate survives) a policy they can’t afford with an inadequate federal subsidy.
Most of my patients are rooting for the Affordable Care Act to unravel especially if the individual mandate is declared unconstitutional. -- Transcripts and audiotape from the court this week make this possibility appear likely.
If ObamaCare somehow survives with or without the mandate, 16 million new Medicaid patients will quickly find out what current Medicaid patients already know; that it is very tough to find a doctor or network of doctors who will work with your insurance.
ObamaCare’s Independent Medicare Advisory Board and other regulatory committees and mandates will make it more and more difficult for doctors like me to practice and to order the tests and treatments we feel our patients need. We will require more staff hours to deal with all the red tape. As more of us drop out and no longer accept insurance, another unconstitutional mandate will become necessary to compel doctors to participate again.
Doctors everywhere are hoping and praying that dreaded day never comes. Even though the individual mandate and perhaps all of ObamaCare now appears to be in serious jeopardy thanks to the Supreme Court, doctors and their patients are not yet starting to breathe easier.

5 Easy Steps to Develop a Marketing Strategy
Research your target clients. Your clients are your most important concern. You need to know customers' needs, wants, likes and dislikes. Once you know their needs, you can market your product or service to meet those needs. Also find out their ages and where they live. All this information helps you understand your customers.
Create marketing materials. Design brochures and fliers to hand out to potential customers. Create them with desktop publishing software and print them with your own printer.
